Madeline Villerreal

As the VP of Supply Chain Operations, Supplier Quality, and Delivery COE, Madeline is responsible for the delivery quality of our solutions globally. These activities include global planning, purchasing, operational supplier management, supplier quality, as well as driving standards and best practices in commissioning through the Commissioning COE. Her 30+ years of experience throughout the end-to-end value chain includes multiple roles with Hewlett Packard, where her broad operational experience allowed her to continue to accept increasing levels of responsibility. Madeline is seen as a motivational leader, able to drive cross-functional teams to exceed expectations and deliver strong results.

Before joining Fluence, Madeline ran the Global Supply Chain PMO office for Itron.
