Frank Genova

Frank Genova serves as Convergent’s Chief Operating and Financial Officer and member of the board. Prior to co-founding Convergent with Chief Executive Officer Johannes Rittershausen in 2011, Frank worked in project development and finance with Fisher Brothers and Plaza Construction, focusing on renewable development, renewable integration, complex mechanical and electrical system integration, and corporate strategy. He also co-founded RG Capital Partners in 2011, where he served as Managing Director until July 2015. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Phi Kappa Phi, from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business. Since April 2016, he serves a Member of Advisory Board of Villanova University’s College of Engineering.
