Andy Redinger is Managing Director and Group Head of the North America Utility, Power and Renewable Energy Practice of KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM).
With more than two decades of experience in the sector, Mr. Redinger has provided specialized investment banking services to some of North America’s largest energy companies, which include public and private companies that build, own, and operate energy infrastructure. Under his leadership, the practice has committed more than $12.3 billion of KBCM’s balance sheet to utility and renewable energy clients, successfully advised leading energy companies in private capital raises, acquisitions and divestiture assignments. Since 2007, Redinger has spearheaded the bank’s growth in renewables, and KeyBank is now one the largest providers of renewable project financings and advisory services in North America, both in the number and dollar volume of deals executed. KBCM has structured and financed a cumulative capacity of more than 42.9 GW of renewable energy projects and provides services to clean technology firms in the power generation, smart grid, energy management, and pollution control sectors. In solar, KBCM has more than double the M&A transaction experience than its next competitor.
Mr. Redinger received a B.S. degree in Economics from Purdue University and holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University.
