Graf supports the Market Design and Economics function at PJM Interconnection, a regional transmission organization that operates wholesale markets for energy & ancillary services, capacity, and financial transmission rights, and operates the bulk power system in 13 states and the District of Columbia. Previously, Graf worked for the Brattle Group as a Senior Associate. Graf received a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, a BS in Economics and a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan.
