Nick Addivinola, Executive Director, M&A, brings to Nautilus 15 years of renewable energy experience. Most recently he was responsible for originating and closing a 60MW portfolio of operating solar assets for Nautilus. Prior to leading M&A, Mr. Addivinola originated more than 50MW community solar and C&I transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Addivinola was also part of the Corporate Development and M&A Group of SunEdison and TerraForm Power, which was responsible for the $2.4 billion acquisition of First Wind. Before SunEdison, he was Vice President of Finance at Regeneration Finance, a solar developer, which successfully developed nearly $100 million of public school solar projects throughout US. Mr. Addivinola was also formerly a project finance banker with TD Bank. Prior to entering power, he spent four years as a teacher, including two in Naruto City, Japan as part of the Japanese Exchange and Teaching (“JET”) Program. He has an MBA from Brandeis University and a BA in history from Marist College.
