As an Executive Vice President of Structured Finance, Cassidy leads the team responsible for securing the capital necessary to realize on our pipeline by executing debt, tax equity and M&A transactions. Over the course of her career, she has financed approximately 8 GW of solar projects with varying off-take and financial structures. Prior to Cypress Creek in 2017, Cassidy led the M&A team at Recurrent Energy after several years leading project finance transactions, including the corporate sale of Recurrent Energy to Canadian Solar. Before joining Recurrent Energy, Cassidy was a consultant at IHS Cambridge Energy Research Associates, a power and electricity-focused advisory firm. Cassidy received her BA from Stanford University.
