Yasser Bahbaz is SPP’s Director of Market Development. He is responsible for ensuring SPP’s markets continue to adapt to the changing electric grid while maintaining the economical and reliable operation of the system. Yasser has 16 years of experience in energy markets and Bulk Electric System operation, focusing on reliability coordination, market design and operation, and transmission system congestion management.
