Neha Mahajan

Neha is a Director with CRC-IB. She provides financial structuring and modeling, transaction management, and
advisory services for renewable energy tax equity, project finance, and M&A transactions.
Since joining CRC-IB in 2017, Neha’s transaction experience includes utility scale & distributed solar, community
solar and wind.
Before joining CRC-IB, Neha worked with EY’s Transaction Advisory practice.
Neha received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Raymond A. Mason School of Business, College of
William and Mary and a B.A. in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
