The Section 201 took the industry by surprise and has caused a substantial amount of disruption/uncertainty. The 201 likely represents the single largest risk to the utility scale segment in the U.S. as it drives module ASPs higher. This, however, is not the only major force impacting ASPs as China’s demand has exceeded all expectations.
